By accessing and using Money.Holdings ("the Site", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Description of Service
Money.Holdings provides free, client-side financial calculators for educational and planning purposes. Calculators run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No server-side processing of your financial data occurs.
The Site includes 46 calculators covering mortgages, loans, investments, retirement, debt, budgeting, taxes, salary, and wealth simulation across the US, UK, and Australia.
No Financial Advice
IMPORTANT: Money.Holdings does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
- Calculators are mathematical tools — they compute outputs from your inputs using standard formulas
- Results are estimates based on assumptions that may not match your situation
- Always consult qualified professionals (CFP, CPA, attorney, mortgage broker) before making financial decisions
- Past performance (simulated or historical) does not guarantee future results
Accuracy & Limitations
We strive for accuracy but make no warranties regarding:
- Correctness of formulas for all edge cases
- Applicability to your specific jurisdiction or loan product
- Completeness of assumptions (taxes, fees, insurance, PMI, HOA, etc.)
- Current interest rates or regulatory parameters
- Monte Carlo simulation outcomes (probabilistic, not predictive)

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly visible
- Automate queries or scrape calculator results at scale
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security
- Resell or redistribute calculator outputs as a paid service without permission

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINANCETOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Any amount exceeding $100 USD (or local currency equivalent)
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Money.Holdings from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
For users in the UK: English law applies; UK courts have jurisdiction.
For users in Australia: NSW law applies; NSW courts have jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
