It is also reportedly equipped with missile-detection and defense systems more commonly found on naval vessels than private yachts.
Estimates of its build cost run as high as $1.5 billion, making it, by most reported figures, the most expensive privately owned yacht in history.
It reportedly requires a crew of around 70 just to keep it running — a headcount larger than some small companies, dedicated entirely to one family's vacations.
